X FLEX

The newest technology in surfboard design for more precise and accurate surfing. Available in all Kailani Surfboards High Performance models.

VACUUM BAG

The vacuum bag process sucks out the extra resin that is not necessary, lightening up the board and making it feel more responsive. Durability is increased significantly with respect to board delam, buckling and breakage.

EPOLY

Epoly construction is a winning combination of a polyester blank glassed in epoxy resin. This combo keeps the board light, strong and holds a great flex.

VF5

VF5 Technology delivers surfboards that are lighter, stronger, and more responsive than traditional builds. Using advanced fiberglass, epoxy resin, and vacuum bagging, these boards resist delamination, dents, and breakage while keeping their flex for longer. Choose from three glass schedules — ultra-light performance, balanced durability, or maximum strength — to match your surfing style.
